Delta Properties is an established real estate company that is strategically focused on two core competencies i.e. Commercial Offices (CO) and Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS).
Some of the properties we have developed include Delta Office Suites and Delta Chambers in Westlands along Waiyaki Way, Ruiru Business Park (Phase 1) and Kenafric Business Park.
Other properties include Delta Office Park, along Riverside Drive, Delta Plains, a residential development in Athi River and Delta Centre office complex in Nairobi’s Upper Hill.
Daiga Properties was initially established as a real estate company dealing in land and the development of holiday homes.
We have successfully sold properties in Nanyuki and the Mara to private and corporate investors including Safaricom who purchased 270 acres in Nanyuki. Another of our successes was the sale of a five-acre beachfront apartment complex in Diani.
We have upcoming projects in the near future. They will include 100 acres of land in Nanyuki, a 5.8-acre spread in Diani and 60 acres in the Mara.
Daiga Realtors is a real estate agency that manages an impressive portfolio of residential and commercial properties across Kenya.
These include 33 Windchimes, an apartment complex along General Mathenge Drive, and The Sandbox and The Sandcastle, both apartment complexes in Diani. We also manage Kenafric Business Park and El Daiga Views, a development that will feature developers’ plots, holiday homes and residential homes.
